At TTG Warehouse UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds in line with your rights under UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. To qualify:
 

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.

• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

• You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt.

• You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty or not as described. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you can request a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
 

• Contact our customer support team at ttgwarehouseuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide return instructions, including a return address.

• Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

• Send the item back using a tracked and insured service.

4. Return Costs

If you are returning an unwanted item within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
